How much does shipping cost?
We specialize in personalized gifts, which are all made domestically and have standard shipping rates depending on weight. We like to offer free shipping on collector items that are imported that may take a little longer.
How long does delivery take?
Everything, domestic or imported, is always shipped out within 3 business days. Domestic product delivery is between 3-7 days. The collector's items generally take 2-4 weeks due to high demand, especially in remote areas. Sometimes less. In peak seasons and before we learned to our way they took a little longer.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?
Yes, tracking numbers will always be available and emailed to you once shipped when ordering directly through the website.
I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible, we MAY be able to take care of it. This is an easier task with personalized items as they are generally shipped toward the end of our 3 day window guarantee. Our collectors items we try and ship out immediately as to cut down on our customers wait. Once it is with a shipping carrier there is nothing we can do unfortunately.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
You can cancel your order until the items are shipped. Once they are shipped they are already on their way to you, we can not cancel. We do not cancel or refund personalized items once they have been processed unless a mistake was made by our store.
Are there customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs?
We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. Unfortunately we have no control over that, it all deals with laws and regulations in your respective country. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. PandoraJGifts is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
Will my order come in one package?
In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages.
Can I get refund if I do not get my item?
US domestic products usually take between 3-7 BUSINESS days AFTER shipping. Our experience is customers get their packages sooner. It usually takes around 2-4 weeks for our collector and imported products to arrive. Please be patient for the delivery. If the parcel does not arrive in 4 weeks, with tracking information or the sent receipt of the parcel provided, a refund of the order or a replacement will be sent again under agreement.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges when your purchase is damaged or other extenuating circumstances. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at email@example.com. (This does not apply to customized items. We do not accept returns for custom items unless we have made a mistake.) We'll review and contact you and discuss an exchange, replacement or refund. We want to make sure our customers are happy and can shop with confidence. (The buyer is responsible for shipping on returns or exchanges for items that originally had free shipping on anything other than damage returns.)
